Anthony William, the medical medium.
The minute you make that decision
that you want to take care of yourself,
that you want to take care of your health, your body,
that you want to put time and energy into healing,
the minute you make that commitment that you want to heal,
where you connect with that,
because you always want to heal.
Everybody wants to heal.
if they're not well, they don't feel good,
they want to heal.
They want to get better.
But the minute you connect with that,
and you're like, yes, that's what I really want to do.
I want to move forward.
I want to heal.
And the minute you make that connection,
that intention is there.
That commitment is there,
even if it's on the smallest level.
like you're committing
to taking care of yourself
looking after yourself a little bit more
trying some new things
that are really powerful
even if it's just lemon water
even if it's just celery juice
even if it's just golden seal
or B12
you're making that
that promise to yourself
that you're looking out, you're telling your body,
I want to move forward, I want to heal,
and you know what that means?
It means you have faith.
It means that you actually have faith.
Faith is hard to come by.
It's not easy.
A lot of people don't have faith out there.
They don't.
They don't have faith in their bodies.
they don't have faith in their health of their bodies.
They don't have faith in others.
They just don't have faith.
The minute you start making that decision and intention
that you're going to move forward,
that you're going to work on your healing process,
that you're going to start doing some things,
shows you have faith.
That's powerful.
but it's something that's important to to realize and to accept and to hold on to
because you have to remember that you have faith so if your healing process is taking a little time
maybe you haven't applied a lot of healing tools yet maybe you're under a lot of stress
maybe you're just taking it one day at a time
and certain things are all you can do
and you're not quite where you want to be yet
you still are up against some symptoms
then you have to remember you have the faith
it's there
it's really important because that faith is powerful
that faith is godly
it's supernatural
it's divine
It's that faith is from above.
It's in your soul.
And getting connected to that, getting locked onto that is critical.
It's all part of the healing process.
Because a lot of people, they lose faith fast and easy.
They get thrown off track.
they get thrown off on what they're
meaning to do
what they wanted to do
what they believed they should do
they get thrown off of all of it
they get knocked off the apple cart
and they end up losing faith
but if you remember and you connect
that you had faith
that you actually have it
it's in there
you just gotta grab onto it again
hold onto it
and you just push forward, it's going to happen,
because this world is set up where it tries to knock you down,
it tries to destroy your faith,
it tries to convince you that you're at fault,
that you caused all your problems,
that you caused your health issues,
that you're at fault, that you're responsible for it all,
that you're a bad person, you must be doing something wrong.
The world is set up that way,
So then it pushes people into self-sabotage.
It pushes them into believing that they're the ones that created all this problem.
When it's not true.
It's not your fault.
You're a good person.
That's just evil stuff of how the world works.
You have faith.
It's there.
Your body wants that there.
Your body needs you to have faith.
You have to trust in your body.
trust in its healing process, apply the things it needs, customize it the way you need to do it.
It's there. The information's there. Each time you apply something, your body says,
thank you. Thank you. And you persevere and you push forward. And if you have a setback
or you stop doing something, that's okay.
That's okay.
If you end up eating something
that you don't feel was a good thing to do, that's okay.
If you end up not doing something that you need to do,
that's okay.
That's all right.
Get back to it when you can.
But always remember that faith is there.
You have that faith.
You had that faith.
It's there.
Walk onto it.
Move forward.
And keep your healing going.
Many blessings.
Lots of love.
